MONDRAGON Automocion is a group of companies of MONDRAGON Corporation, dedicated to the automotive sector, that supply to the world’s main automotive OEM manufacturers and Tier-1 companies. MONDRAGON Automocion comprises Components and Modules companies (Fagor Ederlan, Mapsa, Ecenarro, Tafalla Iron Foundry, Maier, Cikautxo and Batz Sistemas) and Machinery and Equipment companies (Batz Troquelería, MB Sistemas, Aurrenak y Loramendi). It collaborates with the clients in the design and development stages, and manufactures and supplies a complete catalog of Modules and Components for Chassis & Powertrain, Composite structural parts, Rubber & plastic fluid conduction and shock absorption, as well as high added value Finishing Interior and Exterior Trims. It has an outstanding position in Machinery and Tooling Equipment for the foundry and stamping industry.
It has a growing worldwide presence, with more than 60 plants in Europe, (Portugal, UK, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania), Brazil, Mexico, China and India, 5 development centers and more than 90 sales offices in 25 countries. Its main propose is to have profitable and sustainable companies supported by innovation and global presence strategies, and develop new activities to create and maintain the employment in the sector.
MONDRAGON Automocion supplies components and modules to clients like GM, VW, PSA, Renault-Nissan, BMW, Daimler, Ford, Toyota, Honda, Jaguar Land Rover and other Tier Ones companies. MONDRAGON Automocion as a group employs currently 11,113 people, and in 2024 had an annual aggregate sale of €1.792 million.
