METAL STAMPING
Cold Stamping is a Sheet Forming Technology who includes different operations of Steel and other alloys forming in different types of presses where tools are installed.

This Technology allows manufactured a very wide range of parts, being of all the main construction technologies the one that provide more parts inside the car, from small reinforcement and steering parts to big parts for seating, frame or chassis.

Between the advantages and capabilities of Cold Stamping Technology highlighted the possibility of work with high strength materials who enable weight reduction solutions inside the car building at the same time that rise the benefits.

Garita Automotive has Cold Stamping Presses in both Transfer and Progressive Technologies that operate in a range from 250 till 1.250 Tons.
