FAGOR ARRASATE designs, manufactures and supplies Presses and Stamping Systems, Metal and Composites Forming Solutions, Coil Cutting and Processing Lines as well as complete Installations to manufacture Complex Sheet Metal Parts. We have production and service facilities in Europe, America and Asia, with plants and service hubs in Spain, Germany, USA, Mexico, Brazil, China and Turkey, serving customers worldwide.
We build both mechanical and hydraulic presses with capacities ranging from 6300 kN to 120,000 KN. In turn, we can provide complete stamping systems that incorporate not only the press but all the necessary peripherals (feeding line, transfer, robotization, dies, etc.) to provide our customers with integrated and proven turnkey systems.
We also supply cutting lines to process coils up to 2,650 mm wide and in thicknesses from 0.05 mm to 30 mm. The weights of the coils can reach up to 50,000 kg. We also build equipment for processing formats. We design, install and adjust all kinds of specialist machines, lines and equipment used for the manufacture of parts for refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, kitchens, small appliances, etc. as well as for special pieces of metal furniture, construction products, electrical industry products, etc., at all times integrating different technologies for punching, folding, profiling, welding, clinch joints, etc., with their corresponding automatic features.

Robotic vision Systems Verification Robotic Machine / A solution for the quality control of parts that uses a 3D point cloud of the scanned area to compare it with the theoretical model in search of nonmatches. Bin Picking Portable Machine / An industrial automation solution that uses machine vision and robotics technology to accurately and efficiently identify and pick parts from a container. Containerizing Portable Machine / It’s designed to stack flat or deep-drawn parts into containers. Its purpose is to stack the parts coming out of the press without stopping the press to change containers. Racking machine / An industrial automation solution that efficiently places the parts coming from the press output into the container or rack using robots and a conveyor belt.
