Program taught by our partner AIC – Automotive Intelligence Center
The evolution of people’s mobility habits, the risks inherent in being part of a global supply chain and the continuous modification of government regulations, offer a new challenge to the automotive sector: to transform itself in order to remain sustainable.
This context requires companies in the sector to recover, evolve and transform:
– Their business and relationship models.
– Their competitive industrial capacity.
Our Expert Advanced Manufacturing Executive Program leads you to a deep reflection on your management model of processes, organisation and people to maximise the competitiveness of your company from a comprehensive and practical approach that allows you to deploy concrete actions in the short, medium and long term.
Hybrid Program:
- 3 Online Sessions
- 5 On-site Sessions
From May to June
LENGTH: 30 hours
The Advanced Manufacturing Executive Program offers shared keys and good practices with which to lay the basic foundations on which to sustain the management and transformation of the plant.
It also seeks to disseminate the whys and wherefores of existing technological and digital solutions for the integration of the concept of advanced manufacturing.
Finally, it facilitates the customised design of the roadmap to advanced manufacturing. A Roadmap structured in deployment scenarios that include combined initiatives in each of them.
The contents and experience of the Advanced Manufacturing Executive Program have been designed for industrial executives and operational managers related to the areas of production, quality, maintenance, logistics and digital transformation and operations in the sectors of activity dedicated to mobility.
These people are characterised by their awareness of the current situation of their markets and organisations, as well as the major technological, digital, operational and organisational challenges they need to face to ensure the sustainability of their businesses.
1st session. Reliability and robustness.
From process control to process mastery:
- Integral strategy for reliability and robustness.
