ACICAE, in collaboration with Uría Menéndez and Marsh, invites you to attend the in-person conference Civil Liability Claims in the Automotive Industry: Effective Strategies for Minimising Risks and Costs, which will take place on 25 February at 9:30 a.m. at the headquarters of AIC-Automotive Intelligence Centre (Amorebieta-Etxano).
This meeting will explain how to manage a major civil liability incident in companies in the automotive sector arising from the supply of defective products to customers, whether due to design or manufacturing defects, among other scenarios.
Using a structured approach in three key phases—before, during, and after the incident—Pablo Martínez and Marisol Lana from Marsh, together with Álvaro López de Argumedo and Jon Salinas from Uría Menéndez, will share essential recommendations and point out practices to avoid (dos and don’ts).
Ainara Galván from Tubacex will also be participating. Attendees will gain tools to strengthen their internal protocols, optimise crisis management and confidently deal with subsequent claims.
This conference is aimed at CEOs, managing directors, purchasing managers and financial managers of companies in the automotive sector who are looking to streamline their response to complex incidents.
