Our partner AIC-Automotive Intelligence Center, in collaboration with ACICAE, we would like to invite you to participate in the new INTERIOR BENCHMARK that we will be organising on June, 26th, aimed at analysing design and manufacturing strategies for the interior components of the BYD SEAL vehicle.
After the first day in which we focused on the electric-electronic systems, batteries and front and rear axles, in this edition we will focus on comparing the use of cabin components and other aesthetic parts of Chinese OEMs versus European and American manufacturers, with special attention to plastic elements.
In addition to being able to physically see the parts, the day will include a presentation from AIC’s Intelligence Unit where, among others, the following points will be addressed:
- Strategy for the use of materials in the interior components of the BYD and identified trends.
- Structural and compositional analysis of selected components.
- Comparison of Tesla Model Y, Volvo EX30, BMW i5 and BYD SEAL vehicles, including:
- Instrument panel
- Centre console
- Door panels
- Other elements
- Database access to one of the components.
