The award ceremony took place this afternoon at the emblematic Llotja de Mar in Barcelona, in a ceremony presided over by representatives of the German Chamber and the Minister of the German Embassy. Fernando Corominas, Head of People &amp; Culture of CT, accepted the award on behalf of the company.\r\n\r\nThe winning project has been recognised as an example of good practice in Human Resources, \u2018for its great work in finding, motivating, training and retaining talent in the company\u2019, in the words of the jury. Through this project, CT reinforces its strategy focused on key objectives such as attracting and developing young engineering talent, promoting collaboration between universities and companies, and committing to innovation and sustainability in technological projects.
