The aim of the project is to <strong>promote equality in the business field of Industry and Technology in the Basque Country<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nWithin the framework of this initiative, a <strong>working group is being formed with companies in these fields<\/strong> to work on the development of specific initiatives to promote equality in your organisations. The aim of this working group is to create a space for collaboration where, with support and technical assistance, these initiatives in favour of equality can be identified and implemented.\r\n\r\nIt is a great opportunity to <strong>generate synergies<\/strong> and join forces between organisations that are already committed to equality, promoting a qualitative change in the sector with the support of the Basque Government.\r\n\r\nThe idea is to set up the working group from the beginning of October, with a total of <strong>three sessions<\/strong>, one per month until December, each lasting two hours.
