Sales Manager for the Automotive TIER-1 Spanish Market - Basque Country

·      Responsibilites:

o   Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales department resources

o   Implement the strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

o   Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

o   Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

o   Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

·      Requirements:

o   Degree in business administration or engineering

o   Successful previous experience in robot sales for the automotive sector, preferably in arc welding

o   Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

o   Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

o   Strong business sense and industry expertise

o   Fluent in both English and Spanish, with Italian or German as a third language.
