Privacity

Pursuant to the regulations on personal data and the Spanish public Act of Parliament LO 15/1999, personal details provided in the course of completing the form will be included on a file owned by ACICAE, the Basque Automotive Cluster.

By sending this information, the user or client consents to it being included in the abovementioned file, which is compiled solely for the purpose of sending out commercial or information bulletins.

Pursuant to this Act, ACICAE, the Basque Automotive Cluster shall not partially or totally transfer such information to any firm or organization, and undertakes not to use it for any purpose other than the one described in the preceding paragraph.
